Helm Tutorials

• Log in to your Helm contrl panel.
• First locate the domain for which you wish to create the catchall account.
• Click on "Domains" icon.
• Click on the right domain name e.g. yourdomain.com.
• In the "Domain Menu" page,click on the "E Mails(POP3)" icon.
• Locate the existing POP account that you want to assaign as Catchall.
• Optionally you can create a new email account and assaign it as catchall.It is not necessary to pick an existing one.
• For conversion an existing account as catchall,Click on the e mail account and check the box "Set as catch all account".
• Click "Save".
• To create a new account follow the respective procedure and check the box "Set as catch all account".Click "Save".
• Now when anyone sends an email to you that is not specifically directed to an POP account,you wll receive that mail in your Catchall account.
