• Log in to your Helm contrl panel.
• Firs locate the domain for which you want to create autoresponder.To do that click on the "Domains" icon in control panel.
• Click on the correct domain name.
• Cick on the "Email Acoounts(POP3)" in the "Domain Menu" page.
• As you will see the corrent email account is not designated as autoresponder.Let's go ahead and create a new one.
• Click "Add New".
• Add the name of the new mail account and its password in "Add Email Account"page.
• Check the box labelled as "Enable Responder".
• Put you autoresponder reply in the text box.
• Click "Save".
• You have successfully created an autoresponder.Now when visitors will send an email in this address (typically from a form in your site),they will receive a automatic reply.
