Helm Tutorials

• Log in to your Helm contrl panel.
• Locate the domain for which you wish to create MRA.
• Click on "Domains" icon.Select the correct domain e.g. mysite.com.
• Click on "Multi Recipient Addresses" icon.As you can see there are no MRAs for this domain.
• Click "Add New" button.
• Enter the name of the MRA account in "Email Addresses:" box.
• Now enter additional addresses that will be inclided in the group.Note that this will be a group,not a list.As administrator this will give you control over the actual number of addresses in the group.
• Each address in the group should be in separate line.
• Now click "Save".
• Now when the main address you created in MRA receives an email ,all the addresses in the group will receives a copy.
• You can always return in "Multi Recipient Addresses" page and click on MRA address to edit MRA.
